      Holly asks us:

I have two of the wedding cups, they are alike except I have noted that the one has a pink stone set on her back, the other has a spot that looks as if a stone could be set there. Does this stone have any significance, like a birth stone for instance, or is it random? I have a jeweler friend who could set a stone for me but I wanted to be a little educated on the purpose for the stone. Thanks in advance for your insight. Holly

If you can help, please post a response.

Hi, I believe your wedding cups were made in the orient, possibly Japan. They are from the 70’s or 80’s.
I only saw them with the pink stone. They are about 7″ high. I’m guessing about the height as someone needed mine for a special occassion. It came from a jewelry store.
