Hello, I’ve inherited a bell collection, and would like to know if there is a hardcover reference book, online reference with photos and explanations, etc. I’d like to learn what my collection might be valued at. Would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

As you have found, Elisinore Springer’s Collectable book of Bells – page 100 has the most information. Donna Baker has written 2 books Collectable Bells – mostly pictures with some information. I’m not sure which book St. Peter’s bell is in.

      Hi Joe,
There are several good general books on collecting bells. suggese contacting ABA historian. Pricing is somthing different. Prices change so much it would be impossible to to establish a fir value. One nice book I use “A Guide to the historic Bells of Mrs, A.S.C. FORBES”NO PRICES BUT GOOD ID on bells.
