Recently I came across this charming Vienna Bronze showing a dwarf communicating with a bird.
The dwarf seems to be teaching or giving some advice to the bird. However it looks to me
that the bird – sitting on a turned over jug – is heavily in opposition to what the dwarf is saying.
Just look at the wide open beak!
This cute little push bell ringer was probably created according to a fairy tale.
