Here’s one that appears to represent either a very old English Lady form or perhaps a Russian Lady, by the design of the head gear and the muffler her hands are in.

2 1/8 inches in diameter, she stands 4 3/4 inches high. There is a brass wire hanger for the clapper which is, unfortunately, missing.

Head dress is a beehive type hat with a sweeping scarf like train going down the back and under the right arm.
Hands are in a tubular muffler.
Very old style dress with an over skirt type arrangement.

It’s in excellent shape, the face is easily visible, and I see no seam lines.
Very heavy, the skirt/bell shows to be thinner at the sides than the front and back, but is of a thickness that I associate with old bell construction.

I have been looking, but have not come across this design yet, so I haven’t identified her.

      What’s your thoughts?
