      We have received word of the passing of Louise Parten Long of Rochester, Minnesota, a long-time member of the American Bell Association.

      Louise M. (Parten) Long

      Long, Louise M. (Parten) age 68 of Rochester, formerly of Mpls, passed away after a lengthy illness Jan. 15, 2015. Preceded in death by her husband, Harry Long III, MD; her parents, Gerald and Lucille Parten. Survived by children, Lara (Ron) Way, Kristin (Matt Parrillo) Long, and Harry (DeeDee) Long IV; grandchildren, Will, Emily and Daniel Way, Cameron Parrillo, Elise, Lindsey and Harry Long V; brother, Gary (Barbara) Parten; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Louise was a long time member of the Rochester Symphony Orchestra and Chorale, and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Rochester where she served as a deacon. She was a life long member of the American Bell Association International. In lieu of flowers, donations to the National Kidney Foundation. Funeral service Monday, January 19, 2015 at 10 AM with visitation 1/2 hour before at Lakewood Chapel 3600 Hennepin Ave S, Mpls.
