It is brass 16-1/2″ at bottom 60″ around at bottom 13″ high It has ?ade / Dwyer Boston Mass. Superior Pat ?? 19855 and I am looking for more I was always told it was from a train but not sure. It is set up to run on air I am posting pictures any info would be great
It IS a RR Bell,and made of brass, The 16.5″ diameter is an unusual size, and it’s considered a dual-action bell…can be activated by compressed air, or by pulling a cable attached to the pull-arm. The #4123 is most likely the Locomotive it was used on. [Is this # stamped on the top of the Bell???]

I’m guessing it was Made By Dwyer-Boston, Mass….Dwyer is the foundry name.
Maybe I measured wrong I measured straight across the bottom. the # 4123 is stamped on the cradle or the top of the thing that holds the bell. If I was to say the weight it would be about 150 lbs
