Charles in California has asked me to let you know about two Greenberg Ship’s Bells that have sold recently on an online auction site and at a large marine trading company.

      1. Authentic WWII U.S. Navy Foredeck Bell cast by Greenberg of San Francisco. Solid brass. 5.5″ crown, 9.75″ mouth. 12″ high. Weighs 20 lbs. Bell has nice patina and tarnish. Bell has very few nicks and bings. Mouth edge is very nice. This bell would clean-up to almost mint. Casting work is very nice. $40.00 shipping and handling in lower 48 USA. This bell sold for $140.49.

Charles believes this bell is made of bronze.

      2. 28.5 lbs. bronze bell cast by Greenberg in San Francisco. Nickel plating. Marked U.S. This bell was sold by an undisclosed sum of money.
