I have never seen a bell with a shoulder with a molded bead that overhangs the side of the bell. The bell on the left is a documented A. Fulton from Pittsburgh, PA, 1843. What do you make of the bell on the right? Are the crowns similar enough (or peculiar enough) to consider the smaller bell a Fulton? Has anyone ever seen a crown similar to these?

The one to the right certainly looks like a Fulton Bell. The 12 inch diameter is a common size for a Fulton Bell. These usually had A. Fulton cast in Bas Relief on the bell. The yoke also looks like a Fulton yoke from this size bell but it is mounted upside down.

      Roger responds:

In my opinion those are both FULTON bells.
