      Your bell has a beautiful patina as is. If you wish to keep it indoors, you can remove the patina and polish the bell, but if you keep it outdoors, then it will again develop a patina and should be left alone. The gray patina is from the tin. A Green patina would come from the copper reacting with sulfuric acid.
