I’m in the process of listing brass and bronze foundries that have operated in the U.S. ( See list below ). Intent is to identify foundries that manufactured hand bells alone with other bell and non bell products. If interested, please email me for total Excel file. Could not transfer dates and other data of interest.

Also saearching for Company catalogs that have a hand bell section.

Can anyone assist or direct me in this quest?

Searching for other ABA members who are hand bell colectors. Todate, had 130 members review request resulting in zero relays. Find that hard to believe. Two months ago made a request for general information from ABA’s library, no replay thus far. In my opinion, gaining access to information should be a item of discussion at the National Convention.

Thanks for posting this and congrats in your research, it will help a lot of collectors. I posted separately on the big bell forum regarding NY bell and cannon founders. If you find evidence in catalogs or whatever that any of the NY State bell founders also offered bronze cannons, please let me know. I’m trying to find out if a NY founder cast a particular militia cannon marked “SNY” for State of New York.
