As bell of the month I have choosen this French lady of the court. She is made of fire-gilded bronze and 11 cms. high. Her skirt is of transparent glass. The bell came to me out of the collection of Anselm Lange in 2004. Mr. Lange was Germany’s most important table bell and bell push collector.

Should you like to learn more details and see more pictures of my collection go to the following link:

I went to your web site and viewed the photos of your collection. They are beautiful. Obviously you have been collecting for some time. Many of your bells are new to me.

My wife and I were in the Hannover area this summer, then the Berlin area, including farms. You said you attended an auction in Hannover in 2004. Do you live near there, or in some other part of Germany?

Your bell of the month for November is beautiful and very unique. I’ve never seen one like it. I have just two of the painted bronze ladies, but I especially like them. My collection is mainly large bells, but I do have a smattering of table bells. — Neil

      Thanks for your nice reply.

I hope my website and the idea with the bell of the month will motivate other ABA members / friends to start similar activities enabling all of us to enjoy viewing other collections.

Greetings to all of you from Germany.
