I have no information about this bell. I bought it at an antique shop because it was so unusual. I thought it might be African, my husband thought it might be Indonesian. His guess is as good as mine. Anyone have any guesses?

I tried but could not figure out how to post a picture will ask Carolyn to post one for me.

I have one of these in my collection. It’s pictured in Dorothy Anthony’s Worlds of Bells No. 2 book. Not a lot of information is given other than it’s Spanish, and made of Madero de Aliso wood. It says it’s modern, but that doesn’t give us much to go on for age other than it’s not antique. The book was published in the 70s, so I’d say it could be from the 50s or 60s. So, probably not extremely valuable but I always thought it was a neat-looking bell.
