I have a small metal bell from my mother. It is 3″ tall, including the 4 prong holder at the top, and is 2 1/2″ in diameter across the bell. It is engraved with: FECIT BENITYS
      A RECIBV5
      ANC D 1830
or close to that. It has a cross atop a triangle. It has two circles going around at the top, one between the 2nd and 3rd line of writing, one under the last writing, and one around the base. Can anyone tell me anything about this bell? I’d be very grateful.

I don’t have the means to post a picture. I will see if I can get some help with that. Thanks for replying.

I believe your bell may be a San Gabriel bell made by the California Bell Co. prior to 1955.
      Is this the same bell?
