Even though this one did not sell, it is worth looking at. A bell from a listed Art Nouveau sculptor is always highly desirable. However, I have no idea how the bell push is mounted or operated.

This is probably a hanging bell push with the push button operated underneath as it hangs. The wires would come through the holes in the sides of her dress, fit into the grooves clearly shown at the sides and then go through the holes between her body and outstretched arms. They would then be twisted together a few inches above her head. That’s the only way it would hang properly without toppling over. See similar below.
