Hi, I believe that the costume is an native costume from one of the European countries. A lot of the lady bells were made in the orient for sale in Europe. I am not an expert on the native costumes and don’t remember which country it is a costume of, but I would pick up a book from the library on European native costumes and see if I could find it. Also an oriental costume wouldn’t have a pointed hat and an early European dress. Hope that helps.
