It’s bronze, not brass. There are varying opinions regarding the value of these bells, from $100 an inch (diameter at mouth) up. In reality a bell, like any item, is worth the highest amount someone ends up paying. List it on eBay with photos and a complete description. Start the bidding at one dollar and set a reserve price much higher than it will probably bring, say twenty thousand. Run the auction ten days and you will know what your bell is worth. If you want to sell it after the auction ends you can contact the high bidders with a “second chance offer”. Just my thoughts, others might disagree!
