Brenda, I’ve seen a bell with the inscription “B.N. & Co Cin. O.” so the firm was located in Cincinnati. I assume, but I have no proof, that this is an abreviation for a firm from Cincinnati named Blymyer Norton & Co. I’ve seen several bells with this inscription. On larger church bells, there is normally a shield outline at the center of the cast iron yoke just above the bell with the name of the firm in it. Sometimes it is in horizontal block letters, and sometimes the letters are on a curved slant. Unless someone with knowledge of the individual foundry speaks up, we may never know if they are the same firm. It does seem like a strong improbability for there to be two firms with the same initials, from the same city, making the same product. — Neil
